Such a bill would never see the light of day in our current trend toward government ownership. Anyone who understands what is going on recognizes that the health care bill has nothing to do with providing health care; but in controlling individuals to the point of enslavement.

Well, as far as “political reality” you’re right, TF, but as I told Tom Eagleton to his face back in 1979 (paraphrasing here), a politician’s “reality” is mostly just power-hungry fantasy, whereas WE have to live in the real world with the consequences of their gluttony for power.
I never tire of saying something similar to politicians I meet from time to time.
