Re: Jean Fraud Kerry

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Just sayin’.

Update:

Let me clarify my position.

AFTER A FAIR TRIAL, I believe that, for the good of the republic and pour encouraqger les autres as it were, the proper course is noted in the above statute, 18 U.S. Code § 2381,

“Whoever. . . is guilty of treason and shall suffer death. . .”

That is, of course, as I said, after a fair trial.

  1. B… b… but that’s from the… the… c… c… consti…. constitution…. you shouldn’t post that without a twigga warning for congresscritters and leftists.

    1. Actually, I have an occasional presence on FarceBook, still (some folks, the only way to stay in touch). When I suggested that AFTER A FAIR TRIAL, Kerry should be required to suffer the consequences of his treasonous acts, I was promptly blocked by FarceBook censors for incitement to violence. Seriously: advocating the for the principle that NO ONE is above the law and some person favored by FarceBook censors should face the penalties for his treason amounted to inciting/advocating violence. *smh*
