Now, a treat for all those who have opted for the “free” Windows 10 upgrade and simply gone with the default “spyware” setup (or at least enabled Spotlight): ads on your lock screen.
Of course, if you don’t want your Win10 installation to be *cough* “ad supported” *cough* just turn off the Spotlight “feature.”
The article linked below mentions some of the reasons I have Win 10 only on a third tier, non-critical, easily replaceable computer that has no (or obfuscated) “personal” info and extremely limited access to other devices on our network. I also nuked every piece of “phone home to M$” that I could, just because. . . 😉
