…just wanna know…
Watching “The Walking Dead” on A&E. I have to wonder why the birds and other critters that eat the bodies of the infected don’t become just more “walking (or flying or squirming) dead”.

Duh… because bird Zombie’s would make the plot really difficult, but slow moving “walkers” are easy to work with.
DVR’d Sunday’s episode, but just couldn’t watch it tonight… ?HAd a rough day and looking at Zombies just wasn’t going to help ease my mind. Perhaps tomorrow…
Well, the plot’s too simple as it is, Woody, and so (frankly) is the protagonist. I mean, riding a horse into a zombie stronghold? What a maroon… *heh*
Wondered that myself. After all, such accurate depictions of the end of the world as Resident Evil show us that crows eating infected flesh become infected themselves. I thought maybe the birds in Walking Dead would be doing the same when they did that close in shot of a bird. As it turns out, no. A&E is being lazy. 🙂
I haven’t seen it. I don’t get the fascination these days with zombies and vampires.
Well, Mel, we’re attempting to learn how to effectively deal with the “feddle gummint” hence the fascination with zombies and vampires.
