Varifrank has a proposal I wish our Congresscritters were intelligent enough to understand. It’s not for everyone, but a large portion of our population (and the businesses they work for) could benefit from this concept.
Smart businesses already are.
And, as a side-effect, it promotes fuel efficiency.
