Found at The Random Yak: the “Things I’ve Eaten on the BBC’s List of Things I Should Eat Before I Die” blogosphere meme pool game, based on the BBC’s list of “50 Foods to Eat Before You Die.â€
The game? Copy the text below into a plain text editor, remove any comments I’ve appended, then paste the list into a post, BOLDING items you have eaten. Then, changing the Random Yak’s meme game a bit, link to this post and the Random Yak’s post. If you find this somewhere else, add their post in linkage, as well. Oh, cut it off after you’ve reached four blogs or so back.
Kinda like this:
The Random Yak
Third World County
Blog X
Blog Y
(Your Blogpost permalink and TB if you wish)
Something like that kinda structure gives folks an easy (lazy man’s) shirtsleeve way to track the game’s spread.

Update: this just in from HH via email, cos the Captcha qualifier in comments failed to let him comment:
As a MAC user I found David’s instructions too difficult to follow. But, I do have a couple of comments:
1) I’ve had most of the “water” animals mentioned including gator & shark. (Leave shark & other large fish alone now — too much mercury.
2) What is Aussie Meat Pie? Anything like rocky mountain oysters?
3) Sushi? What’s the big deal? We’ve had sushi here in the southland for nigh onto 500 years. We just called it “bait” & no we didn’t eat it raw.
4) Guinea pig? Wonder if it would be very different than cotton tail rabbits or gray squirrels? ‘Course I haven’t eaten either of them in ’bout 40 years.
I understand, Hugh. Heck, after a few years using a Mac, my brain’d be turned to mush, so the fact that you still have most of your faculties intact speaks volume for your intestinal fortitude. 🙂
The rabbit/squirrel comment got me thinking, though, about a guy I know who really does make a mean roadkill stew… I’ve heard tell. *heh*
BTW, anyone else have any problems with the “Captcha” playing “gotcha” withya? If so, just email me at mnmus-at-thirdworldcounty.us and lemme know, ‘K?
