It’s a good thing I retired from the PD. While working night shift I would run across kids up way late in the night playing video games at the local stop and rob store. I would go over to them and ask why they were not at home sleeping or preparing for the next day of school. The answer was always dead silence. I would always close by asking, “Do you know what’s worse than being poor?” waiting a moment or so to let the question sink in, “Being poor and stupid, because then you’ll always be poor”.
This new world of rewarding the stupid and lazy defies my sense of right and wrong; let’s keep voting for Democrat/progressives so we can see how far off the beam they can knock us.
