Student Debt?

Just a thought: Anyone with a degree and unpaid student loans should have their degrees rescinded. After all, if you refuse to make car or mortgage payments, you can lose your car or house, which is fair: unpaid debts are theft, and yeh, I’d say the same for debts unpaid after bankruptcy. Need to bring back indentured servitude to repay the debt.

Oh, and servants indentured for unpaid debts should probably be restricted to bread and water, and burlao clothing and bare feet for “off-duty” wear (assuming “on duty” wear suitable for assigned duties). Dog houses should be sufficient to keep ’em warm and dry.

The lesson? Do not assume debt you are unwilling or unable to repay. Living beyond one’s means is a good way to place onself on the horns of a dilemma: to be or not to be a thief.

Since this is a mid-term election year, always remember that in addition to MASSIVE Dhimmicrap cheating one should also always remain aware of the stupidity of people in large groups, especially on election day.

Soooooo tired of this Manga meme. ITRW, people only do this to “giddyup” horses or sub for clickers with click-trained dogs. Or. . . they are imaginary (yeh, that’s about how “real world” they are) Japanese schoolgirls (or schoolboys who would be more comfy in skits) caught up in a Manga meme.

Here’s the solution for those twitches: STOP READING THAT CRAP!

Ottawa Mounted Police Charge Horses IntoCrowd, Disabled Elderly Woman Using WalkerTrampled Reported Killed, Police ClaimHer Walker Was Bicycle

“Shortly after the police mounted the charge and trampled the crowd, the Ottawa Police claimed via Twitter someone threw a bicycle at one of the horses. Video of the incident shows it wasn’t a bicycle, and it was not thrown, it was the mobility walker of the deceased victim as she was trampled by the horses.”

Do not EVER visit Ottawa, folks, at least not until the entire police department is scrubbed from top to bottom, and the city’s government razed to the ground and rebuilt from scratch. Sure, there MAY be A decent cop left in the OPD, but if so, he’s not all THAT decent, because he’s still a part of the OPD. I do not care what excuses they come up with (“No one was seriously hurt” meaning “Not one of US!” and “That mobility walker was a bicycle, and that disabled old lady threw it at a cop.”), the entire force should be disbanded and replaced with decent human beings.

SpyWear™

“Smart” clothing?

How dumb do people have to be to call SpyWear™ “Smart Clothes”? Sure, it doesn’t HAVE to be that way, but unless folks make sure their data is kept locally, more than just air-gapped from the web, their private info. . . isn’t. I do use a fitness tracking device that coordinates with an old phone that is disconnected from _any_ network (including my local network). I can evaluate the data collected, so I get the benefits w/o “sharing” my data.

BTW, yeh, all the apps I have on that old phone do gripe at me, wanting network access, when they fail to phone home. I just smile and enjoy those gripes. (And yeh, I don’t just rely on disconnecting it from my network. I have it blocked at my router. 🙂 )
