I can’t wait for the first TSA employee with some backbone to stand up and explain why these intrusions are a violation of constitutional rights and that they cannot be done. The employee will be suspended and eventually fired; however, with proper legal support from somewhere ( The Institute of Justice or Heritage Society) the employee will not only win back the job; but will also win a hefty judgment against the TSA/Homeland Security for intentionally subverting individual rights.
