Why do people speak of “reading” a book they listened to via Audible? No, cupcake, you did NOT read that book.

Sidebar: I do, however, “read” some of the music I listen to. Really. There are times I visualize the scores of music I’m listening to. *shrugs* Some folks might feel that would detract from the experience, but when I do it, it expands the work and makes it an even more immersive experience.
