How’d you like to be on the receiving end of that? Every now and again one of our Hobo Kitties turns up missing and we wonder if it got run over, caught by a neighbor who hates cats or perhaps hauled off by one of the local owls. I prefer to simply say they went “walk about” like in the movie Crocodile Dundee.
Yeh, “Went walkabout” works better for me, too.
